POSSIBILITY OF TAX DEDUCTIONS

All chairs are registered as a Class 1 MEDICAL DEVICE and are listed in the Ministry of Health’s register. This registration allows for the following tax benefits:
– Tax deduction of 19% of the expense incurred (Article 15, paragraph 1, letter C of the TUIR), to be included in the tax return.

– VAT reduction of 4% pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 104/92 and Article 2, paragraph 9 of Legislative Decree no. 669/1996.
